A: Packages may be mailed between the time of purchase or the upcoming Saturday morning. Generally, if you live within the US, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive from time of shipment. If you live outside of the US, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.

A: All sales are final.

In the event that your package is missing, arrives damaged, or you have any other issues with your order, please contact me directly. I will respond and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Q: HOW DO I ORDER A PRINT OF YOUR DIGITAL ILLUSTRATIONS?

A: I have a select few of my favorites stocked, right now. But in case you see something that's not in stock, just contact me at ShopFagLab@GMAIL.com or use my contact form and we'll make arrangements via email and PayPal. Generally, purchasing a print, not in stock, costs you, the patron, less than if it were in stock - this is due to the fact that i use a service in which i can purchase one print at a time and have it directly shipped to you in the form of a postcard (In turn, the paper stock is lower quality). Because I am a small-time artist and have limited stocking space, I am gradually stocking this shop. stay tuned for more merch options in the future!

Q:So, what's the tea on the use of "Fag" in your shop name? Isn't that, like, a slur that is so "he who must not be named?"

A:I'm so glad you brought that up. So, yes it is an ugly slur, that too many of us, in the queer community, have heard used in the form of homophobia and hate speech. BUT, if we learned anything from Harry Potter, we should have learned that we only empower the hatred by avoiding it. I enjoy reclaiming slurs by breathing new, creative meaning into them. Slurs do not sting as much if the victim already embraces them!
